Considering that, I may try very hard to continue eating strict paleo after my 30 days are up!!!
Photo Diet Today:
Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Whites, & Sliced Avacado
Snack: Fresh Pineapple
Lunch: Tuna Salad!
Snack: Sliced Apple & Almonds
Dinner: Twins Pork from my FAVORITE Chinese restaurant!
(which I realized while I was ENJOYING it tonight, that it probably has a TON of sugar in it, so I will be swearing it off for awhile)..... :,(
I did pretttty well on this, but I am a little disappointed in my snatch!
I was only able to get to 65 lbs snatch because I have mind blocks...
Isn't that crazy!? I used to do this to myself when I was young and in tumbling and now here it is again, in CROSSFIT!
