Workout of the day & Photo Diet!


I did my p.m. workout tonight and LOVED it!!!

It was allot more challenging than my usual h.i.i.t workout, and I am definitely going to keep incorporating running into my weeks!

Photo Diet:

Breakfast:
 This is the "I was late for class and ate breakfast in my car" breakfast. 
Breakfast of champions!


Lunch:
 Yummy antipasta salad I found in my fridge!

Work Snack: 
String cheese, carrots, nuts & 90% Dark Chocolate

Dinner:
(unpicture)
BBq'ed chicken and Brussels sprouts.
