Today I am STRUGGLING to motivate myself to workout.
Has this ever happened to you?
I have no good reason to be so un-motivated today.
I'm not sore
I'm not sick
I have PLENTY of time
and yet all I want to do is curl up in my bed to take a nap!!!
Instead I am going to try and push myself, to at least be active today!
The hardest part of this workout for me will be getting up and DOING it.
How do you usually conquer lack of motivation?
