I woke up at 6 a.m. today, to workout.
Mornings are HARD for me.
So, due to poor planning, I have NOT worked out yet and it is 7:23
From now on I am going to have to plan my workouts the night before, and Tues & Thurs I will have
to go to the gym, because I realized at 6a.m. this morning that I will wake my family up if I start
working out that at-home early ha!
