Let's Check out this Month's Workout Calendar...
Today is Legs & Core!!

Here is MY workout for today:

10 lunges
10 wide stance squats
1 min calf raises
1 min mountain climbers
10 reg. squats
25 situps
25 bicycle crunches
30 second plank
30 crunches

Repeat 3 Times as fast as you can with 2 minutes rest in between each set!!!!

This sounds fun....
