W.O.D. Chest & Back


Today's W.O.D is a German Volume Training circuit that has been carefully made for me from my boyfriend with the goal of building muscles!!!

5 a.m. Run 2 miles

German Volume Training: Chest&Back 
10x10 Chest Press
10x10 Chin Ups
3x12 Incline Flys
3x12 Dumbbell Row

And lastly I will be attending a class at lifetime tonight that is supposed to be have yoga half pilates.....we will see how it goes ;)
