W.O.D. 7/4/12 Legs

Just a little motivation to get today started with a workout before Fourth of July Festivities....

Here is my W.O.D for the Day:

Light 1 Mile Jog a.m.


4 Sets Seated Leg Curls 15-20 Reps

4 Sets Dunbbell lunges 12-20 Reps

4 Sets Barbell Squat 15-20 Reps

4 Sets Barbell Deadlift 20-25 Reps

As always, ending it with a fun little ab workout.. Thats right I said FUN:
