Photo Diet 7/3/12

Every night I will post this picture and then everything I ate for the day!

I hope to be able to look back at what I eat every week with pride. 

Here is everything I ate today:

 1 piece of whole wheat Toast with Scrambled Egg Whites and a slice of Cheese

 Whole Wheat Penne Pasta in Marinara Sauce with 1 large Meatball

 Muscle Milk Pre Workout Snack

Dinner: Fish Oil, Meatloaf (the lean version), Mixed Veggies and Green Beans. 

**Not Pictured. My Daily Multivitamin and LOTS &LOTS of WATER!!!
